Stilettos on the Pavement's (SOTP) mission is to engage other professional and business women to expand networks, and explore partnerships/ relationships with other women leaders. 

The mission is accomplished quarterly through interactive activities, workshops, speakers and fellowship.

As a result, enhancements for both Personal and Professional Growth are achieved. We support the advancement of businesses and entrepreneur potential of women in our communities. 


We thank those who contributed to the success of  "What IF" 2017 Women's POWER Experience. Look forward to providing information on our Flats on the Pavement scheduled on the Touglaoo College campus.

Tameka Garrett prides herself with being a servant of God and those around her. She along with her siblings are owners of a Garrett ECI .IV, a construction/program management company with offices in Mississippi, Georgia, Texas and Seattle.

One of the owners for Next Level Entertainment, an entertainment complex located in South/West Jackson, MS. (Owned by local men and women that want to create positive change while increasing tourism to our beautiful Capital city.) It is an effort of revitalizing the area. 

Garrett has over twenty years experience in Human Resources/Operation Management Fields. She awaits God's clear answer about her future and what he wants for her life.
